- Act as the main day-to-day contact for your allocated beauty brands, ensuring smooth project delivery from brief to execution
- Build strong client relationships and stay informed on their brand activity
- Coordinate internal teams, manage timelines, budgets, and expectations
- Support quoting and scoping for both new and ongoing projects
- Spot growth opportunities within accounts and help strengthen client partnerships
- Lead client meetings, calls, and kick-off sessions
- Track account activity and invoicing, reporting to senior leadership
- Keep project systems up to date and maintain clear communication across departments
- Attend prototype reviews and production sign-offs to ensure delivery standards are met
- Previous experience in an Account Manager or Account Exec role, ideally within POS or retail display
- Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Customer-focused and passionate about delivering outstanding service
