We are working with a leading Accountancy Practice that is looking to appoint an experienced Restructuring Director to join their growing Financial Services team in London.This is a senior-level opportunity for someone with a strong background in financial services restructuring, insolvency, and advisory work. You'll be instrumental in supporting banks, lenders, and institutions through periods of financial stress and operational challenge, and help shape the strategic growth of the service line.What you'll be doing:Lead high-profile restructuring and insolvency assignments within the financial services sectorPrepare reports and recommendations for stakeholders, lenders, and regulatory bodiesSupport partners in business development activities and pitch preparationContribute to growing market presence by attending and hosting networking eventsManage teams across multiple assignments while coaching and mentoring staffIdentify opportunities to develop new services and deepen client relationshipsDeliver contingency planning, wind-downs, IBRs, and formal insolvency appointmentsRequirements:ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)7+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in financial services restructuringProven track record of leading complex engagements and managing multiple stakeholdersPrevious exposure to independent business reviews, short-term cash flow reviews, and formal insolvency processesExperience managing or mentoring a team of professionalsExcellent commercial awareness and strong client relationship skillsAdditional insolvency qualifications, such as CPI or JIEB would be advantageousWhy apply?This is a rare chance to join a fast-growing team within one of the most dynamic areas of the market.
