Position Type: Full TimeMy client is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Personal Injury Fee Earner to join their growing and supportive legal team based in Bolton.This is an excellent opportunity for a Fee Earner with 1-2 years’ experience handling post-litigated fast track personal injury claims (excluding hire) who is looking to take the next step in their career within a dynamic and ambitious law firm.If you are driven, determined, and passionate about achieving the best results for your clients, they would love to hear from you.Responsibilities:
- Manage your own caseload from the defence stage through to settlement or trial.
- Provide timely, professional legal advice and support to clients.
- Maintain excellent client care throughout the life of a case.
- Work proactively to meet deadlines and progress matters efficiently.
- Negotiate settlements and manage client expectations effectively.
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience handling post-litigated fast track personal injury cases.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client care skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
