SummaryAs a Production Operative, you will be part of the team responsible for manufacturing, packaging and preparing our supplements for distribution.   • Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for blending, encapsulation and filling.
  • Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
  • Keep work areas clean and compliant with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
  • Support continuous improvement in production processes.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across production, quality, and warehouse.
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing environment is helpful (but not essential — full training provided).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work within set processes.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Physically able to handle tasks such as lifting, standing, and moving stock.
  • An interest in health, nutrition, or wellness is a bonus.
