Vehicle Washer/ValeterWe are looking for Vehicle washer to join our team Marsh Green Road North, Marsh Barton Industrial Estate, Exeter, Devon,EX2 8NV, on an initial 20 hour week contract.You will be a dedicated and reliable individual, ideally with previous shunting and cleaning experience to join our team at our depot. You will ensure all shunting and cleaning duties are delivered to a high standardYou hours of work will be 17.00pm 21.00= 4hrs per night 5 days a weekPay rate £10.60 per hour paid every 4 weeks increasing to £11.44 from April 1st 2024Driving Licence (required) 3.5t an advantage as may have to move vehicles within depotWhat you'll do External Washes
  • Wash Vehicles with water and chemical solution, then rinse Vehicles with fresh water
  • Detail all four wheels and tires with a wheel brush and solution from a bucket. 2. Wash and rinse the front of the package car and windscreen
  • Wash and rinse the reflective side of the door mirrors
  • Wash and rinse the drivers side of the vehicle.
  • Wash and rinse the passenger side of the vehicle
  • Wash and rinse the rear of the vehicle Sweep and Wet mop hard surface floors
Internal Valet CleansInternal cleaning of the drivers cab and cargo area includinga) step wells, b) windshield Inside, c) front dash, d) DOT safety equipment, fire extinguisher and reflector triangles)1. Remove all rubbish from cab area2. Clean all inside areas (front doors, upper windscreen panels etc)3. Clean windscreen and side windows (Door and 1/4 lights)4. Clean dash and instrument panel5. Clean engine cover6. Sweep and clean cab floor, steps and rear of seats6. Clean diad holder7. Sweep and clean cargo floor and shelves8. Clean inside of rear panel and doors
