** Close Proximity to Train StationAcademics are seeking an enthusiastic Primary LSA to deliver exceptional support to both individual students and small groups.Your role will involve establishing a nurturing and supportive learning atmosphere, fostering outstanding academic progress among the children.Joining a highly motivated team, you'll contribute to a dynamic and engaging teaching and learning approach, instilling a love for learning in our students.You'll have the opportunity to work within either the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), or Key Stage 2 (KS2), as there are three positions available across the primary school.The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Experience in building successful learning relationships with pupils of relevant ages
  • Familiarity with the duties of a TA/LSA, including classroom organization and management
  • Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs
  • Proficiency in supporting curriculum planning and delivery, as well as differentiation to cater to individual student needs
  • Demonstrated high levels of ambition and optimism regarding student achievement
  • Evidence of improving student attainment and fostering excellence
  • A collaborative and dedicated team spirit
