Job DescriptionBank Physiotherapist - Orthopaedic Inpatients – Fitzwilliam Hospital – Bank HoursThe roleWe are seeking to recruit a suitably experienced Physiotherapist to join our bank support team to work at our hospital.This role will be focused on providing a high standard of physiotherapy assessment, treatment and evaluation to clients within our elective orthopaedic pathway. Experience of having delivered orthopaedic daycase physiotherapy provision would be of benefit but not essential.This post includes the provision of extended hours in order to assess patients on day 0 after surgery, enabling a proportion of our primary joint patients to be discharged on day one.Where you’ll be basedFitzwilliam Hospital is one of Cambridgeshire's leading independent hospitals with a reputation for delivering high quality healthcare treatments and services since 1983.The hospital is situated in the quiet landscaped grounds of the Milton Estate in Peterborough and has 54 single bedrooms and one twin-bedded room, all with en suite facilities. The hospital provides services for both private and NHS patients.What you’ll bring with you
  • Relevant degree in Physiotherapy with relevant Inpatient and Orthopaedics Experience.
Current HCPC RegistrationAbility to undertake a full Clinical caseload of varied inpatient post op patients.Computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office * Computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in running relevant post op and other classes required by your line manager
