Order & Stock Administrator (Temporary 6-Month Contract)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Order & Stock Administrator to manage the flow of order information, support stock accuracy, and maintain effective communication between customers, internal teams, and logistics providers. This is a temporary 6-month contract role.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the main contact for order information from receipt to deliveryProcess and update orders, including changes to quantities and delivery datesHandle queries related to product codes, pricing, and stock availabilityLiaise with third-party logistics (3PL) to resolve delivery issues such as shortages and discrepanciesSupport stock management processes and ensure data accuracy in SAP and ExcelAssist with planning support activities, including forecasting and product receipt documentationMonitor and communicate key customer service indicatorsPrioritize workload to meet deadlines in a busy environmentWhat You'll Need:Experience in an administrative, logistics, or operations support roleStrong understanding of stock management and order processingProficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)Excellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage competing prioritiesMinimum GCSE-level education or equivalentCore Competencies:Attention to detail and strong organizational skillsEffective communication with internal and external stakeholdersProblem-solving and proactive approachAbility to work well within a team and adapt to changing prioritiesWhy Work with Adecco?
