Some of our students have an Educational Health & Care Plan and need support within their lessons. We are a well-resourced school with small classes (max 30) with students supported by a team of educational staff who work in unison to achieve the best outcome for our learners.Teaching assistants support our students in their learning by either working with individuals or groups of students. They also contribute to the assessment, planning, recording, monitoring, and reporting of students' progress.
