
Senior Accounts Assistant

- Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements.
- Support payroll processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve and streamline procedures.
- Respond to financial queries and provide support to internal stakeholders.
- Any ad hoc finance duties as requested by the Finance Manager
- Demonstrated experience working in a similar role.
- Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- An understanding of financial processes and reporting requirements.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
