DescriptionYear 3 Class TeacherLocation: LS25We are currently working closely with a primary school in the LS25 area of Leeds. The school is a vibrant and inclusive setting which provides outstanding education for all our students.We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Class Teacher to join our team starting in September 2025. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and the ability to inspire and support children, helping them to achieve their full potential. This role requires strong classroom management skills and a commitment to creating a positive and engaging learning environment.Key Responsibilities: * Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all students.
  • Support and guide students to achieve academic success and personal growth.
  • Maintain a positive, organized, and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure a safe and productive learning space.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support students' development.
  • Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback and reports.
  • Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching in primary education, preferably with Year 3 students.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • A passion for working with children and helping them succeed.
