- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using Sage 200
- Maintain and update filing systems and CRM records
- Generate and issue invoices with precision
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally
- Liaise with customers regarding order progress and updates
- Input and manage data across various platforms
- Ensure all customer information is kept up to date in the CRM system
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- A team player with a positive and helpful attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working towards targets and deadlines
- Experience with Sage 200 and Microsoft Office is desirable
