Job descriptionJob Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our Clients growing team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products or services, and generating sales leads. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy communicating with others and have a passion for sales.Duties:
- Make and maintain a targeted volume of outbound calls, establishing key contacts
- Introduce our products or services and explain their benefits
- Answer questions about our offerings and provide additional information as needed
- Accomplish sales targets through personal sales achievements whilst working as part of a team
- Maintain and develop relationships with customers and suppliers
- Sales procedures through to completion of order
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets- Monitor and report on market and competitor activities to Sales Executives & Sales ManagerSkills:
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Good IT skills, which must include use of Office 365
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred, ideally B2B
- Ability to work under pressure and enjoys targets
- Ideal candidate would have experience in Salesforce
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detailSalary & BonusBasic Salary - £24,000 PABonus - Up to £750 Per Month (up to £9,000 a Year)Hours of work -Monday to Friday8:30am - 5:00pm (1 hour lunch break)Working From Home.PERMSTODJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £24,000.00 per yearBenefits:
