- Manage and grow existing client relationships, overseeing accounts worth £2-3 million per quarter.
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, ensuring service excellence and commercial alignment.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and support long-term contract renewals (typically 3-5 year terms).
- Collaborate with internal teams including production, innovation, and commercial to deliver tailored solutions.
- Represent the business internationally, with travel to client sites across Germany, Switzerland, and other key markets.
- Support departmental development, contributing to onboarding, mentoring, and team growth initiatives.
- Proven experience in Key Account roles within healthcare manufacturing or medical device production.
- Strong commercial acumen and relationship-building skills.
- Adaptable, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
- Comfortable managing high-value accounts and navigating complex client needs.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
- Based within commuting distance of the Hampshire office, with regular office presence required.
- £65,000-£75,000 base salary + benefits.
