Join us as we empower tomorrow’s world at work.About the RoleThe Project Management function at WeWork oversees the design and delivery of all Capital Projects, from 20,000 USD to several millions. These projects are in support of our Sales team (accommodating member customization requests), or Operations team (major break-fix or critical equipment interventions) or business-driven (new assets, major refresh initiatives).We are currently in search of an Assistant Project Manager to support administrative operations for our project management team in the European markets, namely but not limited to Amsterdam, Barcelona, Berlin, Dublin, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Lisbon, London, Madrid, Milan, Munich, Paris, Prague, Warsaw.The ideal candidate should be very organized, with a strong capability of streamlining processes such as signing contracts, raising purchase orders, supporting with cash flow projections and troubleshooting invoice payment. They should also demonstrate excellent collaboration skills to work with a team of project managers based in London, Paris, Berlin and elsewhere.Additionally, the candidate should be self motivated, able to work independently, and a good team player.Main responsibilities:Support with creating contracts or engagement documents from existing templatesProcess change orders and control the approval flow is followedConsolidate payment forecasts across contracts to support cash flow projectionsSupport Procore administration of projectsCollect and review invoices, liaise with the accounts payable team to ensure timely paymentsSupport Monthly and Quarterly Project ReportingProject Financial PerformanceAccrualsCash flow forecastingSupport member billing processSupport with Project close outSupport with onboarding and training external vendorsCandidates must be good communicators and comfortable with a fast-paced environment.Qualifications:2+ years of experience in a project management environmentHighly resourceful problem solver and quick learnerStrong time management skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneouslyReliable, focused, and detail-orientedFamiliarity with the construction industry preferredFamiliarity with Workday and Procore preferred, not requiredFluency in one or more of the following languages would be an asset: German, French, Spanish, Italian, DutchStrong interpersonal skillsLife at WeWorkBeing a WeWorker is more than just a job.
