  • You deliver care that promotes patient health
  • You assess and assess, implement, and evaluate to deliver centric patient care
  • You are an autonomous practitioner who acts as an advocate for patients within your care
  • You are responsible for safeguarding children and vulnerable adults
  • You create and keep excellent clinical records of patient care
  • You act following the Nursing & Midwifery Council Codes of Professional Conduct, and within the scope of competencies
  • You report adverse occurrences and deliver actions to drive improvements
  • You implement robust risk assessment and evidence-based practices
  • You comply with all relevant mandatory training
  • You comply with NMC Revalidation - continual learning/education
Ideal Profile
  • You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Healthcare & Lifesciences.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
  • You are currently on the nursing register and hold up the NMC Code of standards for practice and behaviour we expect of all our registered healthcare professionals
  • You have effective relationships based on empathy, respect and dignity
  • You have excellent clinical and technical knowledge and skills • You have experience as a practice supervisor or practice assessor
  • You have a level 2 in functional skills or level 4 or above Maths & English GCSE
  • You deliver care competently, with courage, commitment and compassion all delivered with excellent communication skills
  • You reflect on your practice and identify any further learning
  • You plan your CPD as part of revalidation
