- Build strong relationships across the business, becoming the go-to partner for learning and development advice
- Lead complex projects by identifying root causes and designing solutions that drive real behaviour change
- Take a consultative approach by asking the right questions, challenging assumptions and offering more than just training
- Design and deliver leadership development programs, facilitate workshops and coach senior teams
- Work at pace by making decisions with limited information and adapting as you go
- Measure impact using meaningful data, tracking behavior change and business outcomes and presenting insights using tools like Power BI
- Experienced in L&D or Organizational Development, working closely with commercial teams ideally within fast-paced tech or SaaS environments
- Strong consulting mindset with the ability to diagnose root causes and apply structured frameworks
- Proven experience designing and delivering leadership development programs, both virtually and in person
- Commercially aware, able to link learning initiatives to business outcomes and speak the language of commercial teams
- Technically confident with AI tools, learning platforms (360Learning is a plus), Excel and modern learning methods
- Naturally curious, quick to learn, comfortable with ambiguity and skilled at influencing without authority
