
Consultant – eCommerce Corporate Client Engagement

- Help achievement of E-Commerce sales through retailer & non-retailer channels
- Develop and implement complete strategies to achieve and exceed revenue and profitability targets.
- Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
- Use data-driven insights to identify and implement continuous improvements to site and category performance.
- Drive and implement on-site campaign activity and promotional changeovers, considering key commercial opportunities, wider campaign focus and customer & market demand.
- Drive initiatives to enhance the customer journey, from discovery to post-purchase with data at the heart of all decisions
- Project Management of actionable recommendations, implementation plans, ecommerce roll-out projects, and change management activities
- Project Management for the delivery of the Central Fulfilment Model
- Prepare process documentation, reports, presentations, and deliverables
- Support ad-hoc tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (internally and externally) to ensure successful project outcomes
- 3+ years of experience in consulting, ecommerce, project management or relevant corporate and digital roles
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce principles and environment, including promotional strategies, customer journey mapping, and trading cycles
- Ability to analyse complex data sets to identify trends, address challenges, and continuously offer new solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners
- Proven ability to adapt quickly and work independently in dynamic environments
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Professional Products
- Advanced Excel Proficiency
- Previous experience working with multinational corporations
- Sector-specific expertise (Automotive)
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Digital marketing qualifications or certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Analytics) advantageous.
- Fluent in English
