- Oversee the construction project involving the building of 6 new homes and refurbishment of a barn in Oxfordshire.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Manage health and safety protocols on the site, including conducting regular inspections and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Keep accurate records of project progress, expenses, and any issues that arise during construction.
- Communicate effectively with the project team, stakeholders, and clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
- Valid SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
- CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card
- First Aid certification
- Valid Driving Licence
- Relevant experience in site management within the construction industry
- Demonstrated knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practises
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Additional health and safety certifications
- Previous experience working on residential construction projects
- Experience managing subcontractors and tradespeople
- Work on-site in Oxfordshire, overseeing the construction project
- Full-time hours with occasional weekend work may be required to meet project deadlines
- Must adhere to health and safety regulations and wear appropriate protective gear
