  • Building rapport with customers and understanding their needs
  • Presenting and demonstrating vehicles with enthusiasm and product knowledge
  • Managing the sales process to achieve and exceed targets
  • Ensuring every customer leaves delighted with their purchase
What’s on Offer
  • Basic salary: £15,600 per annum
  • On-target earnings: £45,000+ based on achievable sales targets
  • Guaranteed commission for first 6 months – equivalent to £30,000pa
  • Fully expensed company vehicle

What We’re Looking For
  • Previous motor trade sales experience is essential
  • A valid UK driving licence (max 6 points, no bans)
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and committed to delivering excellent customer service
Hours:
  • Mon–Fri: 08:30–18:00 (1 day off each week)
  • Sat: 08:30–17:00
  • Sun: 10:00–16:00 (on a rota, approx. 1 in 3/4)
