- Proactively generate new leads and account penetration via cold calling, email/LinkedIn marketing, and networking.
- Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with customers and prospects.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service, proactively addressing client needs.
- Revive and cultivate relationships with lapsed clients.
- Collaborate with our sales partners/agents in the UK, US, and Australia.
- Work in conjunction with other business units to promote our products and ensure seamless customer transactions.
- Become a trusted product expert and a pivotal point of contact for customers
- Strong understanding of the sales process, with a proven track record in lead generation and closing sales.
- Experience with social media marketing and online sales lead generation, particularly LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Familiarity with corporate tools, especially CRM systems.
- Experience in a customer-facing role within a technology\digital\data company.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of subscription services and/or web-based services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Driven, results-oriented mindset with a strong eagerness to close deals.
