Connect Appointments is looking for an experienced Material Handler with counterbalance to join our growing client in the Auchterarder area. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate.What's on offer?

£13.86 per hour - paid weekly

Working as a Materials Handler, your duties will involve booking goods in to stock, issuing stock for relevant jobs, consolidating stock and putting back into storage. Combined with the following:

Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
Using handheld scanners to pick stock for use
Reading labels to identify correct goods for issue
consolidation of stock to put back into storage
Storing and receiving goods throughout the warehouse
Safely manoeuvring the forklift in a busy environment

To be successful in this Material Handler role, you will have a valid forklift license, combined with previous work experience in a warehouse and/or other material handling role. Combined with the following skills, traits and experience:

Good problem solving skills
A reliable and positive attitude
Good attention to detail with good numeracy skills
