  • CACHE Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
  • Previous experience in schools, nurseries, or youth settings
  • A caring, proactive approach to supporting learning
  • Strong relationship-building skills to encourage pupil confidence
  • A team player with great communication and initiative
Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting teachers with daily classroom activities
  • Providing targeted support to small groups and individuals
  • Helping children with additional needs fully access learning
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and an inclusive classroom environment
  • Contributing to engaging, child-centred learning experiences
