Warehouse Operative (Load Strapper)

- Safely securing and strapping loads with attention to detail.
- Reporting any issues to the shift team leader promptly.
- Ensuring all curtains are closed and secured properly to maintain load integrity.
- Escorting LGV drivers to and from the Driver Safe Zone, ensuring their safety.
- Assisting with the unstrapping of paper deliveries, demonstrating teamwork and cooperation.
- Photographing completed loads once secured to ensure quality and accountability.
- Physically fit to handle the demands of the job.
- Possess a strong, hard-working ethic that aligns with our company values.
- Have good organisational and time management skills to efficiently manage your tasks.
- Show good initiative and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ideally, have some previous experience with strapping loads, although training will be provided for the
- right candidate.
- Great Rate: £15 per hour
- Holiday Pay: Based on the average hours worked.
