Our data ingestion function is a critical component of this strategy, and we are investing significantly in its expansion to meet growing demand across the firm.Now, as we expand our services, we're seeking an experienced Data Ingestion Manager to join our team. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our data ingestion function, overseeing client data extraction and standardisation, and ensuring consistent service delivery to our teams across RSM. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in driving our digital transformation forward, helping create a future where our teams are freed from data wrangling to focus on delivering insights and value to clients.You'll make an impact by:
  • Managing the data ingestion team's daily operations, workflows and resource allocation
  • Liaising with our teams and clients to gather requirements and resolve data issues
  • Training team members and developing their technical capabilities
  • Troubleshooting complex data problems from various accounting systems
  • Identifying and implementing efficiency improvements
What we are looking for:We're looking for a hands-on manager who can lead our data ingestion team through day-to-day operations while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. As a Manager at RSM, you'll have the opportunity to develop your technical and leadership skills in a supportive environment that values your expertise.Here's what we're looking for in our ideal candidate:
  • Experience in data ingestion from ERP systems, preferably in professional services
  • Proficiency with Alteryx or similar data processing tools
  • Team leadership experience with ability to develop staff
  • Strong project management and client communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
