- Proven experience managing commercial interior fit-out, refurbishment, or design-and-build projects-ideally within workplace, leisure, education, or residential sectors.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail in planning, budgeting, scheduling, and health & safety management.
- Credible leadership and communication abilities-capable of building trust with clients, design teams, contractors, and partners.
- A proactive and positive mindset-focused on quality, integrity, relationships, and delivering exceptional results.
- Flexibility and adaptability to effectively manage multiple tasks, shifting priorities, and evolving project demands.
- Salary: £45,000 - £70,000 per annum (depending on experience)
