The Role: As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of Canon MFDs, ImagePRESS, and Production Print devices. This role is perfect for a confident electromechanical troubleshooter who thrives on delivering first-time fix solutions and exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair Canon multifunctional and production print devicesInstall and configure devices on client networks, including scan-to-email and scan-to-folderSet up and maintain Fiery controllers and associated softwareProvide both on-site and remote technical supportMaintain accurate service records and update asset informationDeliver a high standard of customer service, building strong client relationshipsEscalate unresolved technical issues appropriately and report recurring faultsEnsure timely and effective ticket resolution in line with SLAsWhat We're Looking For:
Canon-certified or experienced with Canon MFD and Production Print equipmentStrong knowledge of Fiery controllers and network integrationExcellent fault-finding, diagnostic, and troubleshooting abilitiesCustomer-focused with strong communication skillsOrganised and capable of working independently or within a teamFull UK driving licenceBased in or willing to travel throughout London, ideally located by the M25What’s On Offer:
