Your primary duties will include:
  • Supervising a team of mechanics and technicians to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
  • Coordinating the scheduling and completion of all maintenance tasks
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex mechanical issues
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards
  • Providing technical guidance and support to the maintenance team
Requirements for the Mechanical Supervisor PositionTo be successful in this role, the company is seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
  • Extensive experience working in a military aviation maintenance environment, preferably with the Apache and/or Chinook helicopters
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Clearance: BPSS and SC (BPSS is acceptable to start, with an SC application in progress)
