2:1 support workerWe're a supportive team dedicated to making a real difference in the lives of young adults. We're looking for someone passionate about supporting individuals with learning disabilities to thrive. Job description
  • Provide 2:1 support to a young male with learning disabilities and complex needs.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and household tasks.
  • Support the young person's educational and community integration goals.
  • Accompany the young person on outings and activities within the community.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on the young person's progress.
  • Collaborate with the support team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Ensure a safe and supportive environment for the young person.
  • Contribute to a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
RequirementsWe're looking for you, if:
  • You have a minimum of 6 months of recent UK experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
  • You possess a valid Right to Work in the UK.
  • You have an Enhanced child and adult DBS registered on the update service.
  • You're a confident and compassionate individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You're a team player who is comfortable working independently.
  • You're a car driver with a clean driving license.
