Our client based in Bracknell is currently recruiting for an experienced administrator to join their busy team on a full time basis. The role will be temporary for approximately 2 months and there could be scope for a permanent position after this time. The hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm. You will spend a minimum of 3 days in the office.Key skills required:
Strong organisation skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure, managing a busy workload and prioritise accordingly.
Confident and well-mannered.
Excellent administrative skills, including drafting of emails and project administration.
Attention to detail
Demonstrable experience in a customer-facing administrative role, with the ability to always provide the highest levels of customer service.
Ability to work on their own as well as part of a team.
Key duties:
Provide day to day administration support
Collation of hearing packs
Updating CRM system
Provide administration support relating to post and courier services
Update office facility requirements
Ensure meeting rooms are set p and cleared down daily
Ensure equipment such as AV is working accordingly
Coordinate food and drink requirements for the office, placing lunch orders where required
