This Personal Assistant role within the business services industry involves supporting senior staff with administrative and organisational tasks. This role is a 12 month FTC.
  • Provide comprehensive diary management, including scheduling and rescheduling appointments.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries for senior staff.
  • Draft, proofread, and format correspondence and reports as required.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organise and prepare for meetings, including minute-taking and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain and update confidential records and databases accurately.
  • Support the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks when needed.
  • Ensure smooth communication between departments within the organisation.
Previous admin / PA experience12 month FTC - must be available to start immediatelyA successful Personal Assistant should have:
  • Proven experience in a similar administrative or PA role
  • Strong initiative and communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to start immediately
  • A high level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.

  • A salary of approximately £22,500 to £27,500 per annum.
