
Customer Advisor – Argos (in Sainsbury’s)

- Ensure our customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service on the tills, website screens on the shopfloor and at the collection counter
- Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on our financial service offerings for certain products and process refunds
- Make sure that the stock room is neat and tidy, and restocking products from deliveries
- Be present on the shop floor helping customers with questions and provide advice on a wide range of products
- Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations
- Friendly and welcoming with a genuine enthusiasm for helping customers.
- Comfortable talking to customers about our financial services when buying certain products
- Happy working in a fast-paced, physical and high energy environment, and thrives in being part of a team
- Always prepared to work flexibly and productively to a high standard across the store when needed - you'll be fully trained in a variety of skills, so you have opportunities to learn, develop and try new things
