Plus, we'll support you in reaching your aspirations and career goals, through comprehensive training and benefits.The role of Local Service Manager will include:Leading the overall delivery of the service, through the management of the team and liaison with the Area Service Manager, who acts as the Ofsted Registered ManagerDeveloping and maintaining relationships with partners, key stakeholders and external agenciesOverseeing the overall delivery of the serviceWorking closely with our internal and external partners to achieve KPI'sOverseeing the service's financial performance and managing the budgetManaging the recruitment, performance and development of staffFlexibility around working hours is expected in accordance with the needs of the serviceResponsibility for health and safety in the serviceSkills and experiences:Previous experience of working in a managerial role within a similar service, you will be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal, leadership and problem-solving skills * Experience of working with Young People is essential.Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressureCompassionate, caring, and hard working with a hands-on approach to supportYou will have experience of working in a personalised way supporting service users to maximise opportunities for personal developmentProven ability to liaise effectively with statutory and voluntary partnersTravel is a requirement of the role, therefore a full valid driving licence is essentialAre you ready to be your best?Brilliant work deserves brilliant benefits!
