This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and detail-oriented individual to work on a broad range of planning matters.You will be responsible for:

Advising clients on all aspects of planning law, including applications, appeals, and enforcement.
Drafting and negotiating section 106 agreements, infrastructure agreements, and other planning-related documents.
Assisting with judicial reviews and High Court challenges.
Providing strategic advice on development projects and policy matters.
Engaging with local authorities, developers, and other stakeholders.
