Our client, a multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Glasgow / Kilmarnock, are currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor due to continued growth. This is a great opportunity for a candidate who has been working in the industry for a couple years and is seeking their next challenge. Ability to work within a larger team and assist with the development of Trainee Quantity Surveyors
Confident in a client facing role
Understanding and practical experience of both pre-contract and post-contract work
Knowledge and understanding of main contract forms
Ability to manage and deliver projects independently with minimum supervision.
Quantity Surveyor Position Requirements
BSc in Quantity Surveying
2 years post-graduation experience
Ideally PQS experience however an individual with a contractor background will also be considered if there is relevant experience
Full driving license
