This includes assessing individual student needs, developing tailored learning plans, delivering lessons in line with the curriculum, and monitoring progress and adjusting teaching methods accordingly. The tutor will also collaborate with other education professionals, parents, and support staff to ensure the best possible learning outcomes for students with SEN.Required Qualifications:- A relevant teaching qualification- Experience working with students with SEN- Strong understanding of SEN practises and strategiesEducation:A degree in Education or a related fieldExperience:Prior experience working as a tutor or teacher with students with SENKnowledge and Skills:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needsWorking Conditions:The SEN Tutor will work part-time hours on a temporary basis.
