We’re looking for a Manufacturing/ Engineering Manager to lead my client’s Manufacturing team in Bristol, you will drive excellence across production, engineering and in service support.The RoleAs Manufacturing Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading daily operations, ensuring safe and efficient delivery, and upholding the highest standards of quality. You’ll play a key role in new product introductions, technology transfers and the continuous improvement of our production systems.This is a leadership position where you’ll guide and develop high performing teams, drive performance against quality, cost, delivery and safety KPIs and ensure our processes remain compliant, auditable, and future-ready.What You’ll Be Doing✅ Lead daily manufacturing operations across production & engineering teams
✅ Drive efficiency, quality, and safety across the production system
✅ Manage schedules, resources, and workflows to hit delivery targets
✅ Oversee KPIs and budgets, ensuring strong operational performance
✅ Promote continuous improvement & lean manufacturing initiatives
