We're seeking a Planning Administrator to play an integral role in our aviation contract, delivering a first-class service and achieving fantastic results.WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
  • Long term resource planning - maintain staff rosters, schedule training and manage leave
  • Updating various IT systems, used for payroll and resource planning
  • Generate daily reports for site managers, and upload new employees on to the payroll system
  • Work through a shared inbox - responding to queries and dealing with requests
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues and agencies face to face, as well as by phone and email
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
  • Previous experience in an administration role, essential
  • Strong IT skills and a confident user of basic Excel, essential
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills - calm, friendly and professional
  • Organised, with the ability to quickly and accurately react to any given situation
Security Process to work within Aviation and Travel at DHL
  • Be able to provide 5 years address history
  • Be able to provide 5 years reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character)
  • To obtain a full airside ID
