  • Oversee and manage all direct tax compliance obligations for the organisation.
  • Oversee Transfer Pricing and Pillar 2 issues
  • Provide expert tax advisory support to internal stakeholders across various departments.
  • Monitor changes in tax legislation and ensure timely implementation of necessary adjustments.
  • Collaborate with external tax advisors and auditors as needed.
  • Support the preparation and review of tax disclosures for financial reporting purposes.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for tax efficiency and optimisation.
  • Develop and maintain robust internal processes to mitigate tax risks.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior tax team members.

  • A professional qualification in tax or accountancy (e.g., CTA, ACA, ACCA).
  • Strong technical knowledge of direct tax regulations and compliance requirements.
