- Oversee and manage all direct tax compliance obligations for the organisation.
- Oversee Transfer Pricing and Pillar 2 issues
- Provide expert tax advisory support to internal stakeholders across various departments.
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and ensure timely implementation of necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with external tax advisors and auditors as needed.
- Support the preparation and review of tax disclosures for financial reporting purposes.
- Identify and implement opportunities for tax efficiency and optimisation.
- Develop and maintain robust internal processes to mitigate tax risks.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior tax team members.
- A professional qualification in tax or accountancy (e.g., CTA, ACA, ACCA).
- Strong technical knowledge of direct tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience working within the insurance industry or a similar financial services sector.
- Proven ability to manage complex tax projects and deliver results.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
