  • Manage and progress personal injury cases at the pre-litigation stage.
  • Conduct detailed investigatory research to assess the validity of claims.
  • Gather and analyse evidence to support case preparation.
  • Draft and review legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Liaise with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to move cases forward efficiently.
We’re looking for someone who brings:
  • At least 2–3 years’ paralegal experience, ideally within personal injury.
  • Proven ability to manage your own caseload.
  • Strong knowledge of the pre-litigation phase and, ideally, court processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a team-focused approach.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work with initiative.
