  • Generating new business and winning new instructions
  • Negotiating fully managed AST agreements
  • Conducting property viewings
  • Listing and valuing rental properties
  • Liaising with landlords and tenants professionally
  • Maintaining excellent knowledge of the local rental market
  • Representing the company brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
  • Proven experience as a Residential Lettings Negotiator
  • Strong listing/valuations background (advantageous)
  • ARLA qualification (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and sales abilities
  • High level of customer service and telephone skills
  • Positive attitude, well-presented, and self-motivated
  • Familiarity with the Brighton area
  • Full UK driving license and own car essential
  • Thorough and professional approach to Estate Agency
