- Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries across Wellers offices
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
- Supporting apprenticeships and coordinating with colleges and training bodies
- Providing advice on policies, change processes, and performance management
- Coordinating employee engagement initiatives and recognition schemes
- Maintaining HRIS and ATS systems and providing user training
- Supporting payroll by ensuring accurate processing of employee changes
- Producing key HR reports and contributing to HR policy reviews
- Ensuring GDPR compliance and maintaining personnel records
- Level 3 CIPD qualified (working towards Level 5 is a plus!)
- Demonstrable experience in a generalist HR role
- Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Experience with HRIS and ATS (ideally as a super-user)
- Experience coordinating apprenticeships and early careers support
- A solution-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail
