Vehicle Technician Required in the Camberley, Surrey area.Salary: Up to £38,000 - £40,000 Basic Depending + BonusesHours: 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday with 1 in 2 Saturday mornings on a Rota paid as overtimeWe are currently working with a Volkswagen, Skoda, Seat, Audi Authorised Repairer who has an excellent reputation for all things aftersales and vehicle maintenance and repair within their local area. This client has been offering their specialist services in the Camberley area for over 20 years.They are seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician & MOT Tester or Vehicle Technician to assist the mechanical workshop team; ensuring the Service Centre operation runs as smooth as possible.They are seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician who is looking to utilise their experience in a family run garage environment or an aspirational and career driven Vehicle Technician looking for a new challenge who has at least 5 years experience doing a similar role either in a Dealership or Independent Car Garage environment post apprenticeship.You will need to have good mechanical skills, be a team player and have good interpersonal skills working on a range of customers vehicles throughout the workshop.MOT License would be highly advantageous but not essential.Some of the perks within this Vehicle Technician role are as follows:

This is an exiting opportunity for a Vehicle Technician to join a company that is committed to ensuring their staff enjoy their working day. They reward highly and put their employees at the forefront of all they do.Within this Vehicle Technician role your daily duties will include but not limited too:
  • Complete Vehicle Servicing and diagnostics as per manufacturer guidelines
  • Mechanical and Electrical repairs on passenger vehicles
  • MOT Tester with Class 4 and 7 (desirable but not essential)
  • Career focused vehicle Technician who is proactive and wants to excel their mechanical career (Diagnostic Technician, Master Technician, Workshop foreman etc)
  • A good communicator with good stakeholder relationship management skills (service advisors, customers, workshop managers + others)
