  • Managing the office day to day & staff performance
  • Managing advertising & recruitment activity through the team
  • Achieving financial and non-financial targets
  • Managing and achieving to an agreed budget
  • Managing a branch sales process through the team & personal activity
  • Attending client meetings, presentations, negotiating & agreeing commercial terms
  • Completing client service reviews & ensuring clients receive the highest levels of service at all times
  • Ensuring all company compliance procedures are adhered to
The successful applicant will;
  • Have previous, relevant recruitment experience
  • Demonstrate a track record of winning, retaining & growing clients
  • Good computer and system skills
  • Have full driving licence and car
  • Have experience leading teams (preferable)
  • Want to develop with a growing business
