- Managing the office day to day & staff performance
- Managing advertising & recruitment activity through the team
- Achieving financial and non-financial targets
- Managing and achieving to an agreed budget
- Managing a branch sales process through the team & personal activity
- Attending client meetings, presentations, negotiating & agreeing commercial terms
- Completing client service reviews & ensuring clients receive the highest levels of service at all times
- Ensuring all company compliance procedures are adhered to
- Have previous, relevant recruitment experience
- Demonstrate a track record of winning, retaining & growing clients
- Good computer and system skills
- Have full driving licence and car
- Have experience leading teams (preferable)
