  • Lead the Nursing team to ensure excellent care and positive outcomes.
  • Oversee person-centred Nursing Care Plans, ensuring regular updates and reviews.
  • Maintain clinical ordering and supplies.
  • Ensure staff competency with electronic systems and processes.
  • Support staff management, including recruitment and training.
  • Lead a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Investigate any misconduct and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
