This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about education and enjoys working closely with children to enhance their learning experience.Day-to-day of the role: - Assist with general classroom duties to support the teacher.
- Work with small groups of students to facilitate learning and engagement.
- Conduct educational interventions to help students meet their learning goals.
- Prepare learning materials and set up equipment needed for daily activities.
- Assist in managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and participate in discussions to improve student outcomes.
Required : - Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with small groups.
- Patience and a positive attitude towards student development.
- An understanding of classroom duties and child development.
