  • Lead the delivery of infrastructure projects, including civil works, structural steelwork, mechanical and electrical installations, and general facility fit-outs.
  • Drive a “Zero Harm” approach to safety, ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, including CDM 2015.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Support the development of project proposals, budget estimations, and justifications, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals.
  • Manage contractors and coordinate resources, including labour, materials, and equipment, to deliver seamless project execution.
  • Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of infrastructure standards to support the business’s operating model.
What You Will Bring:
  • Proven experience in delivering infrastructure projects from conception to completion, with a strong focus on quality and safety.
  • Expertise in contractor management and site installations, with a clear understanding of health and safety legislation.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to lead teams and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure methods, materials, and processes, supported by relevant qualifications or certifications.
  • A proactive and resilient attitude, with the ability to deliver results under pressure while building strong stakeholder relationships.
