You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure projects meet client expectations, industry standards, and timelines.📌 Key Responsibilities

Manage full software project lifecycles - planning, execution, deployment, and post-delivery support
Lead Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and continuous improvement
Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, designers, and stakeholders
Define scope, timelines, and deliverables while managing risks and dependencies
Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ensure delivery of high-quality financial software solutions

🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
5+ years' experience managing software development projects
Proven experience delivering financial software solutions
Strong Agile methodology knowledge and experience with project management tools
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
