We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic and inclusive team in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is eager to make a real difference in the lives of children with additional needs.About the Role:As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide tailored assistance to students with a range of learning difficulties and complex needs. Your role will involve working on a one-to-one basis and in small groups to help pupils access the curriculum and reach their full potential.Key Responsibilities:

Support students with special educational needs in their learning and development
Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
Implement individual learning plans and behaviour management strategies
Provide emotional and pastoral support to students
Foster a nurturing and positive learning environment

Requirements:

Experience working with children with SEN is desirable but NOT essential
A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting learners
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
