  • Are you able to drive recruitment and attract key talent to the College to deliver the College Strategy?
  • Are you an expert advisor, able to support recruiting managers across the College with a range of recruitment activities?
  • Are you the candidate to partner with the hiring managers to identify current and future critical roles and identify innovative recruitment options?

  • Deliver a people focussed, responsive and flexible recruitment service to the College
  • Provide innovative recruitment options to attract talent and promote the College as an 'employer of choice'
  • Ensure a high standard of offer paperwork, Safer Recruitment checks and onboarding materials
